    The One who owns and rules all things, needing no permission from any.

    The One pure of every fault the mind could imagine.

    The One free of all defect, from whom safety and peace come.

    The One who mends what is broken and whose decree prevails over all.

    The One to whom greatness truly belongs, above every creature.

    The One who brings everything into being from nothing, by measure.

    The One who makes each thing distinct, flawless and free of imbalance.
